Jeffrey is a mission-driven Project/Program Manager, a highly skilled leader of teams and projects at major media companies as well as non-profit organizations, with a deep background in communications as creative content producer and expert practitioner.

  • Managing large technical projects at Paramount Global, Visible World, and the American Civil Liberties Union, his successes include development and deployment of advanced content management systems, realizing cost effiencies through improved workflows for media distribution, ad management and content catalogue, and reducing risks to the security of proprietary content.

  • As a communications expert, he produced a benchmark end of year video for his division at Paramount, effectively raising the bar on all quarterly videos presented by teams each quarter. As an expert editor he has produced hundreds of videos ranging from corporate communications to documentaries and broadcast news.

  • As an environmental activist, he led outreach campaigns for Don’t Trash the Catskills, successfully preventing development of an unneeded and unwanted waste management facility. Achievements in this effort include engaging local community members and town officials, spinning up the website for the project, collaborating with established environmental groups to watchdog the premitting application process, reaching a wide audience through local and regional newspapers, and ultimately leveraging the community feedback necessary to activate the enforcement the state policy guardrails, which in effect caused this particular instance of predatory development to back down.
