Unnamed Major Philanthropy.  Digital Asset Management. Development and management of system migration for thousands of assets from legacy on-premises system to modern digital asset management platform. Includes multimedia catalog preservation, accessibility improvement, and mission advancement for the organization.

American Civil Liberties Union. Digital Asset Management. Implement of new digital library platform for thousands of photos, videos, graphics and documents, ensuring ease of use and broad acceptance in the national organization and over 50 chapters nationwide on the eve of ACLU’s 100th anniversary.

Key components of 18-month project include:

  • Design and refine taxonomy, metadata, permission and access schema

  • Pilot, user-test and scale the DAM into searchable library

  • Supervise migration and tagging of all assets

  • Define user on-boarding and self-service processes

  • Customize documentation, reports, on-boarding and webinars

  • Train staff for operations, maintenance and end-user success.

Garrison Institute.  Producer, social media graphics and brand identity video for ‘Timeless Wisdom, Timely Action’ events campaign. Video premiered at 2017 fundraising gala event in NYC.

GroundControl Solutions. Business Development and International Partnerships. Project and user success manager for mobile device management platform, driving:

  • Product: QA, knowledge base, rollout and support

  • Marketing: branding, evangelism, trade shows, webinars and live presentations

  • Sales: close 120 direct deals in healthcare, retail, and education

  • Partnership: contract, train and manage international channel partners for distribution, sales and support

Adobe at Tekserve. Program Manager. Overseeing migration of Adobe Creative Suite enterprise accounts to Creative Cloud VIP. Achievements include:

  • Reached hundreds of customers with live presentations, and thousands with customized targeted email via CRM; create social media content and blogposts; design and produce collateral for website and trade shows; and organize and host special events

  • Managed crisis communications around data breaches & price changes

  • Led sales team through sales-process changes in the Adobe line with demonstrable product expertise, internal workflow improvements and hands-on customer care

  • Increased margin on sales from 10% to 22%.

Visible World. VP, Operations. Project and operations management for Visible World’s suite of dynamic customized video advertising products.  Built and maintained production facility, evaluated and supervised vendors, hired and led team of video editors and designers to support high volume of content creation, QA and delivery.
